Checked in and the room wasn't ready. The reception staff's attitude was awful, unhelpful, and unprofessional. We faced numerous delays and a frustrating check-in process that left me exasperated.

This was just a fitting option for a night in Macau and good value for price. The check-in staff were surprisingly accommodating when I needed some extra towels for the room. Make sure to ask for any amenities you need right away, as they might make your stay better.

Had an amazing time with friends! The Spectacle is mind-blowing, and we loved the dynamic performances at the theater. Shopping at UM Club was a treat with all the luxury brands. It was a perfect getaway, though be prepared for potential delays during check-in.
